DHARMA RETREAT WITH YOGI AMANDEEP

A 3-day journey amongst the sacred grounds of the Atisha Buddhist Centre.

Each lesson will be a guided journey of exploring advanced yoga and meditations from the Kundalini, Tibetan and Zen traditions to awaken the the heart of

Dharma and illuminate the Buddha within.

"When I saw myself as enlightened, I saw the whole existence as enlightened." - Buddha

Yoga is to be in union with the present moment. As soon as the ray of the present moment awakens, the flame within is ignited, and you become the master of your energies; the master of your destiny.

The present moment is the "present" which the Universe is offering you in every moment. It's like opening a door in every moment for you, to look out into the vast sky, beyond the mind and its inner battle of repetitive thoughts.
